CHAIRMAN SUIT
AMERICAN AIRLINES commercials campaign. Bruce Hurwitt, director.
Specifications:
5 foot tall walkaround suit.
Materials: Metal, plastics, fabric.
Real airline
seats were ideal for adapting and reconstucting into these walkaround suits.
A big campaign was developed around this character. We shot quite a few spots
and were due on set to continue filming September 11, 2001, when the World
Trade Center Tragedy struck, immediately halting the campaign. Our condolences
are with the victims and American Airlines. The many spots that had been completed
were terrific- we hope this campaign will be brought back to life one day.
